Procedure to Get ICU / ventilator or any Bed from 1912:
Before calling please keep this information ready without missing anything.
Patient Name, Age, Address full, Attendant phone number, Attendant Name, All symptoms & suffering, Present Hospital Name, Spo2 with oxygen, Spo2 without Oxygen, SRF number, BU number ( if it is available),
1. Call 1912 and press -1. If not connected, cut and call again until they take your call.
2. They will take all details and Give Zonal Head Bed booking Number.
3. Call the Zone Node number and Tell the details.
4. They will give Zonal Dr. Number. The patient attendant has to call the Doctor who will take all details and puts the patient in the Que for bed allocation. They will revert within 10 hours with Bed ( or they may not). Tip: You need to call them again doctor if the patient deteriorates further depending on criticalness. OR call Zonal Node number and request again to allocate bed.
5. They will allocate beds depending on critical status and availability of a bed in BBMP quote either the government or Private hospital BBMP quota.
Alternatively, You can call 108 and register. They will ask if the patient needs Ambulance also along with Bed. You can update as you need. They will revert if they find a bed. Call again and again in case the patient gets critical. They will give priority.
